Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview Booking Wanavation for a makerspace consultation includes: A customized layout design based on your space's size, workflow needs, and intended activities. Recommendations for hardware and equipment best suited to your budget, goals, and location conditions (e.g., ventilation, power supply, noise levels). Expert advice on maximizing efficiency, safety, and future expandability. 2. Booking and Payment A non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your booking. The fee covers time spent assessing your needs, preparing a proposed layout, and researching hardware options tailored to your project. Payment must be completed before the consultation date. 3. Scope of Consultation The consultation provides planning, layout design, and equipment suggestions. It does not include direct purchasing, full construction services, or installation unless specifically agreed upon in writing. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate measurements, photos, and information about the space prior to consultation. Any major changes to the space or budget after the initial consultation may require a new booking. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. 6. Intellectual Property Proposed layouts, designs, and hardware recommendations remain the intellectual property of Wanavation until full payment is received. After payment, the client has full rights to use the designs for their makerspace setup. 7. Liability Disclaimer Wanavation provides recommendations based on professional experience and current best practices but is not liable for unforeseen construction issues, hardware malfunctions, or future space usage changes. 8. Policy Changes Wanavation reserves the right to update this booking policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any major updates that may affect their consultation.
